I want to spend precious time with someone important to me. There are many moments throughout
the year I wish to spend with loved ones, but it's difficult to align schedules every
time.
"Let's go to a nice place close by today."
The place you invite that special someone to is on the outskirts of the hustle and bustle of
Daisen City's Omagari, Urban Casual BAR AIKS marunouchi.
The interior is bright, offering a different vibe from the bars you might be familiar with.
Good drinks and food serve as one of the means of communication with loved ones, and joyful
conversations brighten the entire space. Today, in the space of AIKS, you are the main
characters.
AIKS exists as an extension of everyday life, a space separated from the mundane. If it

日常の中で、特別な時間を
Concept
大仙市大曲の市街地にあるAIKS。
その付近に住む方々なら日常的に利用する通りに面した建物の2階にあります。
飲食店が多く並ぶエリアですが、男性のお客様を中心としたお店が多く、「女性のお客様やペアのお客様方の居場所を作りたい」という想いを抱き、AIKSを開業させました。
開業当初は日常の延長線上の店舗を意識しておりましたが、「今日、誕生日なんです」「先週結婚記念日で」というようなお客様との会話から「もっと特別な場所にしたい」という想いを持つようになりました。
お酒や食事はこだわりを持ち、店内も長いカウンターを設え、明るくも落ち着きが持てるよう改装いたしました。
特別な日くらいは特別な場所で、この日、この時間だけは日常を忘れられるよう、励んでまいります。
AIKS is located in the downtown area of Daisen City, Omagari, on the second floor of a
building facing a street that locals frequently use. It's an area with many restaurants, but
with a majority of establishments catering primarily to male customers, we opened AIKS with
the desire to create a space for female customers and couples.
Initially, we aimed to be an extension of everyday life, but conversations with customers
celebrating birthdays or anniversaries made us want to transform AIKS into a more special
place.
We are meticulous about our drinks and food, and have renovated the interior to include a
long counter, creating a bright yet serene atmosphere.
On special days, at least, we strive to offer a special place where you can forget the
everyday, even if just for the moment.

スコッチやジンの種類が多いですが、各種リキュールや日本酒などの種類も豊富に取り揃えておりますので、普段の1杯をお求めになられても良いですし、冒険を
して新たな出会いをお求めになることもできます。
聞き馴染みのないお酒ばかりでなかなか決められないという場合はドリンク担当のスタッフにお気軽にご相談ください。あなたに合う1杯を選んだり、つくったりします。好みを細かく伝えると、メニューに無いその場限りのオリジナルのカクテルをあなたのためにつくることもあるでしょう。
季節によっては限定のオリジナルカクテルをつくることもあります。
We have a wide variety of Scotch and gin, but we also offer a broad selection of
various
liqueurs and sake, so you can stick to your usual drink or venture out for new
discoveries.
If you find it difficult to decide among the unfamiliar options, feel free to
consult
with
our drink specialist staff. They will select or craft the perfect drink for you. If
you
provide detailed preferences, they might even create an original cocktail just for
you,
not
found on the menu.
Depending on the season, we also create limited-time original cocktails.
食事
Food
夕食も兼ねることができるよう、パスタなどの主食や、お酒が進み、小腹が空いたと思ったときに口にしたい軽食など、その場面に応じた食事ができるよう、バラエティを揃えております。
お酒を飲んでいても味がわかりやすいよう、やや強い味付けにし、店のインテリアとの間に違和感がないよう、器や盛り付けにも配慮しております。
AIKSは時間を大切にしておりますので、その旬にあった食材を用います。春や秋になるとスタッフが自ら採った山菜や栗などを食材にすることもあります。
To accommodate those looking to combine dinner with their visit, we offer a variety
of
meals to suit the occasion, including main dishes like pasta, as well as snacks
ideal
for when you’re feeling peckish from drinking.
We opt for slightly stronger flavors to ensure the taste is discernible even while
drinking, and we take care to ensure that the tableware and presentation match the
interior of the bar without feeling out of place.
At AIKS, we value the seasonality of our ingredients, utilizing what is in season.
In
spring and autumn, our staff may even forage for wild plants and chestnuts to
incorporate into our dishes.

特別な時間を彩るのは美味しいお酒や食事だけではありません。
お酒や食事を介したコミュニケーションもまた、AIKSという空間を彩る華になります。
お客様方だけのお話しでも結構ですし、それをスタッフに共有していただいても大丈夫です。
AIKSにいる間、お客様方に楽しんでもらいたいというのが私達の願いです。
Enhancing special moments isn't just about delicious drinks and meals. The communication facilitated by these drinks and meals also becomes a highlight of the space at AIKS. It's perfectly fine if customers wish to keep their conversations private, but sharing them with our staff is equally welcome. Our wish is for our customers to enjoy their time while at AIKS.

20年以上東京で過ごし、地元に移住した。
芸能関係の企業で勤務し、その間に都内の様々な飲食店に通い、多くの酒とともにコンセプトの重要性やインテリア、器などのプロダクトを通じた世界観の表現などを覚えた。
好きな酒はジントニック。

昼間は別の企業で勤務しており、夜は作業着姿からスーツ姿になる。
ものづくりが趣味で、オーナーの要望に合わせて店内の装飾物の制作なども行っている。
元々日本酒が好みであったが、最近はスコッチも好んで飲んでいる。
